What is intimate training?

Intimate training with Aquafit Intimate Gel Stick uniquely combines conditioning of pelvic floor muscle tonus, deep hydration and pH balance of vaginal tissue for all-in-one intimate wellness.

How do I start intimate training?

Remove the cap. Release the Intimate Gel Stick by gently pressing the casing on the sides near the base of the Intimate Gel Stick, to slie out. Run under tap water (in the shower, or dip in a glass of water next to your bed) to activate the self lubrication.

Do not use any additional external lubricants.

What is the recommended length of an intimate training routine?

We recommend 5 minutes of intimate training daily, or as needed.

Aim for 3 sets of 60 repetitions of penetrative motion - tightening and releasing your pelvic muscles, by using the palm of your hand as a lever. Hold inside and squeeze (a kegel) for 10 seconds between each sequence.

See intmate training instructions for more details.

How can Intimate training help me with postpartum recovery?

During vaginal delivery, the pelvic floor muscles stretch and may become overextended. Intimate training can help restore tone and strength after childbirth and support bladder control.

If an episiotomy or natural tear occurs, scar tissue may cause tightness, narrowing, or pain at the vaginal opening. Intimate training with Aquafit PRÉ can help massage scar tissue and support a more comfortable return to intimacy postpartum.

I'm breastfeeding and experiencing vaginal dryness and itchiness, why and what can I do?

During breastfeeding, estrogen levels remain low to support milk production, which can affect vaginal pH and lead to dryness or irritation.

Intimate training with Aquafit BIO helps promote healthy vaginal pH, strengthen muscle tone, Aquafit PRÉ hydrates and soothe vaginal tissue, and support all-in-one postpartum intimate wellbeing.

Why does vaginal pH matter?

The vagina’s naturally acidic environment helps protect against unhealthy bacterial overgrowth that can cause irritation, itching, burning, discharge, and odor. When vaginal pH is imbalanced, the risk of bacterial vaginosis, yeast infections, and other infections may increase.

Vaginal pH can fluctuate during the menstrual cycle, after unprotected sex, with low estrogen during breastfeeding, long-term hormonal contraceptive use, antibiotics, and certain medications.

Intimate training with Aquafit BIO helps rebalance healthy vaginal pH, support protective flora, relieve irritation, help prevent recurrent infections.

Can I use Aquafit BIO after taking antibiotics?

Absolutely. Antibiotics can disrupt healthy vaginal flora. Aquafit BIO helps rapidly re-acidify the vaginal environment, rebalance pH, support healthy lactobacilli, and relieve irritation such as itching, burning, and odor.

By supporting healthy vaginal pH and protective flora, It also helps reduce the risk of bacterial vaginosis, yeast infections, and recurrent bacterial infections.

What am I experiencing intimate burning when my lab results show I don’t have an infection?

Irritation such as burning, itching, or odorous discharge is often caused by pH and microbial imbalance from hormonal changes, use of hormonal contraceptives, intimate washes, or antibiotics.

Aquafit BIO with lactic acid restores vaginal pH balance, to strengthen the protective barrier, relieve irritation, support healthy flora, and help prevent BV and recurrent infections.

How does microbial balance affect fertility?

A healthy vaginal microbiome supports fertility by maintaining an acidic pH and protective lactobacilli, which help reduce inflammation and protect against harmful bacteria.

When microbial balance is disrupted, the risk of bacterial vaginosis, irritation, and inflammation may increase, potentially affecting sperm survival, cervical mucus, implantation, and overall reproductive health.

Supporting healthy vaginal pH and protective flora with Aquafit BIO helps create a more favorable intimate environment for conception.

Why am I experiencing painful sex in menopause?

In menopause, low estrogen leads to vaginal dryness, loss of elasticity, tissue thinning, pain with sex, and changes in vaginal pH cause irritation and increase the risk of UTIs.

Intimate training with Aquafit PRÉ helps hydrate dry vaginal tissue and support elasticity, while Aquafit BIO helps balance healthy vaginal pH—comfortable, pain-free intimacy during menopause and beyond.

Do I need intimate training if I'm using vaginal estrogen

The vagina is a flexible, muscular canal. Vaginal estrogen can support tissue health and suppleness in menopause, but it does not directly address pelvic floor tone, hydration, or healthy pH for microbial balance.

Intimate training can help support pelvic floor tone. Aquafit PRÉ helps relieve dryness, while Aquafit BIO supports healthy vaginal pH. Together, they can complement local estrogen or be used independently as a non-hormonal option to support vaginal wellness and sexual health in menopause.

What Intimate Gel Stick is right for me in menopause?

During the menopausal transition and menopause, declining estrogen can affect sexual function and vaginal health.

For vaginal dryness, loss of elasticity, or painful sex, we recommend PRÉ. For vaginal atrophy and pH changes, we recommend BIO to support healthy vaginal pH and help prevent inflammation, bacterial infections, and UTIs.

We recommend 14 days of intimate training with each product during the first month, followed by two-week maintenance sessions with the product that best matches your primary need.

Can Aquafit help with loss of libido during menopause?

Intimate discomfort significantly lowers libido. Aquafit PRÉ moisturizes dry tissue, BIO balances pH to relieve irritation, while supporting pelvic floor tone to relieve atrophy. By relieving discomfort they help you return to a pain-free intimate experience and heightened libido.

Does Aquafit help women with Lichen Sclerosus in menopause?

Postmenopausal women are at higher risk of lichen sclerosus, a condition that can cause patchy, discolored, thinning skin around the vaginal opening.

Intimate training with Aquafit PRÉ can help improve elasticity, reduce tightening at the vaginal opening, and ease painful penetration. It also hydrates and soothes sensitive vaginal tissue.

The Intimate Gel Stick is water-based, 100% natural, and hypoallergenic.

Can intimate training help with urinary urgency and bladder weakness?

Intimate training with Aquafit BIO and lactic acid helps restore protective vaginal pH to relieve irritation while supporting pelvic floor tone.

Together, this helps manage bladder weakness and urinary urgency associated with low estrogen in menopause, while helping prevent UTI's.

Is Aquafit a safe hormone-free alternative to vaginal estrogen creams?

How can intimate training help with side effects of radiotherapy?

Radiation therapy is commonly used to treat pelvic cancers, including cervical, endometrial, vaginal, and anorectal cancers. Pelvic radiation may cause side effects such as vaginal adhesions, stenosis, shortening, fibrosis, and medical menopause.

How can i regain sexual wellness after breast cancer hormonal therapy?

Breast cancer treatment may include surgery, chemotherapy, and hormonal therapy, which can disrupt or block estrogen and trigger medical menopause. This may lead to severe vaginal dryness, atrophy, irritation, and pain during sex.

Intimate training for pelvic health and pelvic prolapse surgery recovery

Pelvic organ prolapse occurs when the uterus, bowel, bladder, or top of the vagina drops downward due to weakened pelvic floor muscles.

Women who have had vaginal deliveries may be at higher risk of pelvic organ prolapse during menopause, as declining estrogen and elastin can weaken pelvic floor support. Intimate training with Aquafit PRÉ helps strengthen vaginal and pelvic floor muscles, support muscle tone, and promote recovery after prolapse surgery.

How does Aquafit help with vaginal dryness caused by chemotherapy?

Chemotherapy can trigger medical menopause, leading to vaginal dryness, atrophy, and irritation.

Aquafit PRÉ with hyaluronic acid hydrates tissue to relieve dryness. Aquafit BIO restores vaginal pH balance to relieve burning and irritation associated with low estrogen levels after treatment. Both support pelvic floor tonus and heighten tissue elasticity to relieve pain with sex.

Can I use Aquafit to support intimacy after gynecological cancer?

Yes. Recovery after gynecological cancer involves both physical and emotional healing.

Aquafit PRÉ suports this process by helping restore tissue hydration, healthy pH balance, pelvic floor tone, and elasticity while reducing tightening. This may help ease the cycle of pain, dryness, and fear, supporting a gradual return to comfortable intimacy at your own pace.
